Job Description
This role involves building relationships with state and local government clients to promote and implement Esri's geospatial technology solutions, leveraging industry knowledge and sales strategies to drive adoption, growth, and customer success in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and develop location strategies for organizations
- Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs, stakeholders, and business drivers to tailor GIS solutions
- Demonstrate the value of Esri technology through presentations and solution selling
- Execute account management and sales processes to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement account strategies
- Participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars to promote Esri solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience creating partnerships and establishing oneself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Understanding of account management, account planning, and opportunity strategy creation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of state and local government and new technology trends, with the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
- Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field.

Base salary range of $93,600 to $176,800 USD
