Job Description
The FP&A Director at Enveda is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis to support the company's mission of transforming natural compounds into innovative medicines, contributing to drug discovery efforts and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and analysis to support company growth and strategic decision-making
- Provide financial insights and forecasts to accelerate the development of natural compounds into medicines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with company goals
Requirements
- Extensive expertise in financial planning and analysis, with the ability to apply this expertise to accelerate the company's mission of transforming natural compounds into medicines.
- Proven experience in a senior financial role, such as a Director level, demonstrating leadership in financial strategy and analysis.
- Ability to work remotely in a full-time capacity, with the expectation to contribute consistently to the company's objectives.
- Demonstrated passion for innovation and impact in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a commitment to advancing drug discovery efforts.
- Strong understanding of the drug development process, including familiarity with clinical trial phases, particularly the progression of drug candidates to Phase 1 trials.
- Experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment that values creativity, collaboration, and respect among team members.
- Ability to contribute to a culture driven by curiosity, agency, and a shared journey towards scientific and medical breakthroughs.
