Job Description

The Assistant Manager Recruiting is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, developing hiring strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to support Enveda's innovative drug discovery efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and drive hiring strategies to attract top talent
  • Own the full cycle of recruitment process
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process
  • Shape and improve recruitment processes
  • Mentor and support recruitment team members
  • Ensure delivery of a high-quality candidate experience
  • Act as an ambassador of company culture

Requirements

  • Experience in owning the full cycle of recruitment, including designing and driving hiring strategies, shaping processes, mentoring others, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Ability to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, a guide for candidates, and an ambassador of company culture.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing environment, with the ability to thrive under such conditions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate experience management.
  • Experience in shaping and implementing hiring strategies to attract the best talent.
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide recruitment team members or colleagues involved in hiring processes.
