Job Description
The Technical Program Manager will support the integration of distributed energy resources with EnergyHub's platform, managing partner onboarding, project tracking, and post-launch support to expand the ecosystem of renewable energy devices and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface with DER device partners to facilitate API integration and enable participation in utility programs
- Communicate implementation requirements, technical documentation, and identify risks with device partners
- Manage project schedules, monitor partner progress, and escalate or influence integration timelines as needed
- Create and deliver onboarding and technical content for partners throughout the integration process
- Own the triage process for partner issues and bugs, ensuring timely resolution and communication
- Coordinate with internal teams to evaluate, develop, and implement new partner-related product capabilities
- Maintain and deliver technical specifications to partners in collaboration with product and engineering teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading large cross-team initiatives.
- A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related technologies.
- Experience working in a consulting environment, or otherwise coordinating with third-party business and technical teams.
- The ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams.
- Proven experience building new processes and rolling them out to teams and departments.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders of all levels.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Compensation/salary range: $110,000 - $125,000 USD
