Job Description
A product manager role focused on developing and managing EnergyHub's client-facing admin platform, involving cross-functional collaboration, market research, and delivering innovative solutions to support distributed energy resources and promote sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and extend Energy Hub's core platform for managing distributed energy resources
- Uncover insights from analytics, user research, market research, and cross-functional input
- Identify customer needs and market gaps through research
- Define, prioritize, build, document, and iterate on new product features based on hypotheses and validation
- Respond to ongoing client data needs and requests
- Partner with other product teams to deliver strategic priorities
- Balance long-term development with short-term improvements to optimize learning and impact
Requirements
- Five years of software product management experience, with a proven ability to break down complex problems into incremental product solutions and a track record of delivering demonstrable business impact.
- Experience working with electric utilities or IoT, familiarity with modern grid management and planning tools and frameworks, or comparable expertise.
- Demonstrated experience aligning and influencing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Experience leading complex, technical projects from ambiguity to delivery.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, and a proactive communication style.
- Ability to think strategically and make tough prioritization decisions.
- Analytical abilities to frame the impact of your work.
- A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
- Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and driving positive environmental impact.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $140,000 - $160,000 USD
