Job Description
The Product Marketing Manager at EnergyHub is responsible for positioning and promoting the company's solutions in the utility and energy industry, developing marketing collateral, supporting go-to-market strategies, and collaborating across teams to drive revenue and market adoption of distributed energy resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert on customer challenges related to distributed energy resource adoption and how solutions address grid needs
- Create and disseminate customer insights across the company
- Develop compelling messaging and solution narratives aligned with company positioning for utility markets
- Support sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams with training on solutions' value propositions
- Create marketing collateral such as sales enablement materials, product sheets, presentations, website content, and case studies
- Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches and features, including sales enablement and promotional activities
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, positioning strategies, and differentiation opportunities
- Use market insights to inform marketing strategies and messaging
- Coordinate with brand marketing to ensure consistent messaging and develop content for events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand audience challenges and refine messaging and positioning
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, track KPIs, and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Three years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology, energy, or utilities industry.
- Bachelor's degree education or equivalent with a demonstrated understanding of product marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging using simple, everyday language.
- Demonstrated experience in developing impactful marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, presentations, and web content.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams such as product management, sales, client success, and engineering.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and initiate new projects independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation/salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 USD
