Job Description
A Client Success Manager at EnergyHub is responsible for managing client relationships, supporting program launches, and ensuring the successful implementation of energy management solutions for utilities, with a focus on renewable energy and distributed energy resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, including program launches and ongoing support
- Coordinate and oversee multi-faceted programs with device partners, clients, and internal teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve their goals and growth targets
- Support successful renewals and expansions through collaboration with sales
- Analyze, present, and communicate technical and data-driven results to clients
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure program success and address needs
- Develop deep knowledge of demand management, Distributed Energy Resources, and related products
- Shape program design and provide training based on product and service expertise
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in technology services or customer success with a strong preference for experience within a SaaS or enterprise software-related field
- A BS or BA degree
- Experience working in or with renewable energy, utilities, grid services or adjacent industries (cleantech, greentech) preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to describe complex and technical topics in an engaging and succinct manner
- Demonstrated success working directly with clients
- Project management experience with the ability to multitask, hit deadlines, and think through risk and dependencies
- An analytical, yet creative and curious mind, with a confident approach to numbers and spreadsheets
- The ability to build trust and outstanding client and partner relationships
- Good judgment in a business context
- Experience working with a team in a cross-functional environment
- Experience managing multiple high-priority projects and the ability to make multi-tasking look effortless
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 USD
