Job Description

A Client Success Manager at EnergyHub is responsible for managing client relationships, supporting program launches, and ensuring the successful implementation of energy management solutions for utilities, with a focus on renewable energy and distributed energy resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client relationships, including program launches and ongoing support
  • Coordinate and oversee multi-faceted programs with device partners, clients, and internal teams
  • Act as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve their goals and growth targets
  • Support successful renewals and expansions through collaboration with sales
  • Analyze, present, and communicate technical and data-driven results to clients
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure program success and address needs
  • Develop deep knowledge of demand management, Distributed Energy Resources, and related products
  • Shape program design and provide training based on product and service expertise

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in technology services or customer success with a strong preference for experience within a SaaS or enterprise software-related field
  • A BS or BA degree
  • Experience working in or with renewable energy, utilities, grid services or adjacent industries (cleantech, greentech) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to describe complex and technical topics in an engaging and succinct manner
  • Demonstrated success working directly with clients
  • Project management experience with the ability to multitask, hit deadlines, and think through risk and dependencies
  • An analytical, yet creative and curious mind, with a confident approach to numbers and spreadsheets
  • The ability to build trust and outstanding client and partner relationships
  • Good judgment in a business context
  • Experience working with a team in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience managing multiple high-priority projects and the ability to make multi-tasking look effortless

Benefits & Perks

Compensation/salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 USD
