The Senior Service Account Manager - APAC is responsible for managing customer relationships and contractual obligations related to Energy Vault's energy storage systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and contract performance reporting to support future business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary point-of-contact for Energy Vault battery energy storage system owners and operators.
Oversee contractual obligations post-project handover, including service ticket and work order management, warranty repairs, and maintenance planning.
Handle billing for non-warranty claims and coordinate vendor support.
Provide periodic performance and work history reports to customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and a positive experience to promote future repeat business.
Interface with various individuals and organizations to resolve service-related issues quickly.
Manage and report on the profit and loss status of service contracts.
Requirements
Own the customer relationship and be the primary point-of-contact for customers of EV Solution who own and operate Energy Vault battery energy storage systems.
Be accountable for all aspects of Energy Vault's contractual obligations after project handover, including service ticket and work order management, warranty repairs, maintenance planning, billing for non-warranty claims, vendor support, periodic performance and work history reporting, and general customer satisfaction.
Interface with numerous individuals, organizations, and companies to ensure rapid resolution of service-related issues.
Manage and report the profit and loss (P&L) status of the contracts.
