A Workday Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations, reports, and system enhancements within the Workday HCM, Financials, and PSA modules to improve organizational efficiency and support HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday HCM, Financials, and PSA solutions.
Create and support integrations across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and financial systems using Workday Studio, EIB, and web services.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system errors within Workday.
Support end users with Workday functionality, access, and reporting.
Develop, test, and deploy Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
Monitor system performance and ensure successful operation of integrations.
Perform system updates, upgrades, and ensure compatibility with new features.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal regulations, and audit standards.
Support system audits related to security, privacy, and data governance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field.
5 years of experience as a Workday Developer.
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Report Writer.
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, and PSA modules.
Proficiency in web services SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, and database querying SQL.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills.
Ability to design, configure, and support integrations across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and financial systems using Workday Studio, EIB, and web services.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Workday technical issues and system errors.
Ability to support end users with Workday functionality, access, and reporting needs.
Ability to develop, test, and deploy Workday reports and calculated fields.
Ability to design and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
Ability to collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
Strong ability to interpret business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure data accuracy.
Focus on continuous improvement of system processes and workflows to maximize business efficiency.
Ability to monitor Workday system performance and ensure integrations run successfully.
Knowledge of system design and data handling compliance with organizational policies, legal regulations, and audit standards.
Ability to perform Workday system updates and ensure compatibility with new features releases.
Ability to develop dashboards and analytics to support leadership decision-making.
Partnering with stakeholders to evaluate and improve system workflows and user experience.
Supporting system audits to ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data governance requirements.
Testing and implementing Workday-delivered upgrades and feature releases.
Providing training and documentation to business users on new functionalities.

Salary range of $100,000 to $115,000 annually, with a target of $109,250 based on experience and qualifications
Hybrid work schedule with at least 1 day onsite per week (currently Wednesdays) with flexibility for other days
