Job Description
A full-time Energy Efficiency Project Manager specializing in Building Electrification, responsible for managing and implementing energy efficiency programs focused on residential building electrification, data analysis, stakeholder communication, and process improvement within a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project deliverables, budgets, and tasks with minimal oversight
- Facilitate the progress and completion of multiple tasks
- Communicate project updates to management and clients
- Interact with customers, program participants, subcontractors, and external collaborators
- Conduct data analysis, market research, and literature searches
- Track industry trends and market changes impacting energy efficiency
- Organize and facilitate conference calls and collaboration sessions
- Contribute to new program design development and process improvements
- Audit project data to identify patterns and irregularities
- Investigate and escalate customer support cases for resolution
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree preference being towards engineering, data science, environmental science or business
- A minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
- Familiarity with energy efficient HVAC, water heating, and or related technologies
- Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and present in the primary role
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Office
- Ability to work and thrive independently
- Outstanding quality control practices
- A basic excel test will be required during the interview process
Benefits & Perks
Salary range of $69,000 to $79,000, with a target of $79,000 based on experience and qualifications
