Job Description
The Energy Efficiency Project Manager specializing in Building Electrification is responsible for managing and implementing statewide market transformation programs focused on residential building electrification, including project coordination, data analysis, stakeholder communication, and process improvement efforts within a mission-driven energy solutions company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project deliverables, budgets, and tasks with minimal oversight
- Facilitate progress and ensure completion of multiple tasks
- Communicate project updates to management and clients
- Interact with customers, program participants, subcontractors, and external collaborators
- Conduct data analysis, market research, and literature searches
- Track industry trends and market changes impacting energy efficiency
- Organize and facilitate conference calls and collaboration sessions
- Contribute to new program design development and process improvements
- Audit project data to identify patterns and irregularities
- Investigate and escalate customer support cases for resolution
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree preference being towards engineering, data science, environmental science or business
- A minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
- Familiarity with energy efficient HVAC, water heating, and or related technologies
- Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and present in the primary role
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Office
- Ability to work and thrive independently
- Outstanding quality control practices
- A basic excel test will be required during the interview process
Benefits & Perks
Salary range: $69,000 - $79,000, with a target of $79,000 based on experience and qualifications
