Job Description
A full-time Energy Efficiency Project Manager specializing in Building Electrification, responsible for managing and implementing energy efficiency programs focused on residential building electrification, data analysis, stakeholder communication, and process improvement within a mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project deliverables, budgets, and tasks with minimal oversight
- Facilitate the progress and completion of multiple project tasks
- Communicate project progress to management and clients
- Interact with customers, program participants, subcontractors, and external collaborators
- Conduct data analysis, market research, and literature searches related to energy efficiency
- Track industry trends and market changes impacting energy efficiency initiatives
- Organize and facilitate conference calls and collaboration sessions
- Contribute to new program design development and process improvements
- Audit project data to identify patterns, irregularities, and trends
- Investigate and escalate customer support cases for resolution
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, data science, environmental science, or business.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional work experience.
- Familiarity with energy efficient HVAC, water heating, and/or related technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis.
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and present in the primary role.
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work and thrive independently.
- Outstanding quality control practices.
- A basic Excel test will be required during the interview process.

Salary range of $69,000 to $79,000, with a target of $79,000 based on experience and qualifications
