Job Description
The Sr. Application Developer will design, develop, and optimize enterprise systems supporting various business functions, leading modernization efforts and delivering innovative technology solutions to enable organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable applications and integrations to support various business functions.
- Enhance and optimize existing enterprise systems and processes.
- Lead modernization efforts by re-architecting legacy platforms.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable applications and integrations that support enterprise business functions.
- Ability to collaborate closely with both IT and business stakeholders to enhance and optimize existing systems and processes.
- Experience leading modernization efforts, re-architecting legacy platforms, and delivering innovative technology solutions aligned with organizational strategic vision.
- Proficiency in enterprise application development, including understanding of enterprise systems supporting functions such as Marketing, Public Relations Digital, Accounting, IT, Project Management, Property Management, Leasing, Legal, Sustainability, FP&A, Investments, Acquisitions, and HR.
- Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture and integration techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a dynamic technology team and support multiple business functions.
- Experience in application development with a focus on enterprise-level solutions.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across various departments.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in technology solutions.
- Ability to adapt to emerging business needs and contribute to long-term strategic initiatives.
