Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, leasing agents, management, and vendors
Manage phone and email communications effectively
Process work orders and invoice purchase orders (POs)
Requirements
Provide administrative support to the Property Managers and building office management staff.
Deliver exceptional customer service for tenants, leasing agents, management, and vendors with effective communication skills.
Manage multiple functions accurately and efficiently in accordance with the ESRT Tenant Service Promise.
Handle phone support and email support related to property management functions.
Process work orders and invoice purchase order (PO) processing accurately and in a timely manner.
Possess strong organizational skills to manage various administrative tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrate a high level of motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
