Job Description
A Lobby Attendant at Empire State Realty Trust is responsible for providing excellent service to tenants and visitors, creating a welcoming and secure environment at the company's properties.

Requirements
- Provide exceptional service to tenants and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment at the properties.
- Ability to understand and help achieve the company's vision for the role.

- Must be able to perform physical demands associated with the role, such as standing for extended periods, walking, and possibly lifting or carrying light items (implied by the nature of a lobby attendant role).
