The Investment Analyst supports all phases of the investment process for office, retail, and residential assets, focusing on financial analysis, transaction support, underwriting, due diligence, and asset management within a leading NYC-focused REIT.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial analysis of potential investment opportunities in office, retail, and residential assets.
Support transaction processes including underwriting and due diligence.
Assist in team organization and logistics related to investment activities.
Provide ongoing support in asset management activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience in financial analysis, transaction support, underwriting, due diligence, or asset management related to real estate investments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to support all phases of the investment process, including financial modeling and valuation.
Ability to assist with investment transactions involving office, retail, and residential assets, and pursue equity, preferred equity, mezzanine, and distressed debt opportunities.
Excellent organizational and logistical skills to support team operations and transaction coordination.
Support over time in underwriting, due diligence, and asset management activities related to real estate investments.
Ability to work effectively as part of an investment team supporting multiple phases of the investment cycle.
