Job Description

The Freight Operator is responsible for safely operating freight elevators, assisting with material and personnel movement, supporting building operations and construction activities, and maintaining a clean and secure freight environment within the building.

Key Responsibilities

Operate all freight elevators safely and efficiently
Assist contractors and delivery personnel with freight movements
Maintain a clean and orderly freight environment
Support daily building operations, construction activities, and tenant moves
Perform periodic cleaning tasks related to freight areas
Support inclement weather operations as needed
Complete detailed incident reports
Adhere to building security protocols

Requirements

The candidate must have the ability to operate all freight elevators safely, efficiently, and securely.
