The Engineer will support the engineering team in managing mechanical operations, plumbing, and energy management systems to optimize building performance and value at the Empire State Building.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing mechanical operations, plumbing, and energy management programs.
- Ensure building management standards and property operating objectives are met.
- Support the engineering team in maximizing the building's value through maintenance and operational tasks.
