The Director of Total Rewards is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization's Total Rewards program.
Manage payroll compensation, benefits, 401K, and related areas.
Collaborate with all departments to ensure alignment and buy-in for Total Rewards initiatives.
Manage direct reports and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Drive efficiency in the administration and management of the Total Rewards programs.
Requirements
Proven track record with the ability to manage direct reports, deliver measurable business outcomes, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency.
Experience in leading the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of a Total Rewards program, including payroll compensation, benefits, and 401K.
Ability to collaborate and gain buy-in from all departments within the organization.
Strong leadership skills to oversee and manage a team responsible for Total Rewards functions.
Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Experience in developing and executing strategies to improve the efficiency of Total Rewards programs.
Ability to understand and align Total Rewards strategies with organizational goals and vision.
Experience working in a corporate environment, preferably within real estate, property management, or similar industries.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with senior leadership and various departments.
Educational background or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (implied, as the role requires strategic HR knowledge).
