The Head of Sales for Electrified Thermal Solutions is responsible for leading and executing sales strategies across Europe, building customer partnerships, and driving commercial growth in the industrial electrification sector focused on high-temperature heat solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategy across European markets, focusing on France and Germany
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team
Engage directly with customers to establish and maintain lasting partnerships
Create sales frameworks and support team implementation
Drive commercial success in a high-growth, start-up environment
Requirements
Proven track record of building a sales strategy and leading a high-performing sales team to successfully execute on it.
Experience in creating frameworks and mentoring sales teams.
Experience in directly engaging with customers and creating lasting customer partnerships.
Comfortable operating in a start-up high-growth environment.
Ability to work across European markets, with initial focus on France and Germany.
Willingness to report to the Vice President of Business Development.
Flexibility to work remotely, hybrid, or in an office environment in Amsterdam.
