Job Description
The Head of Sales will lead and develop the sales strategy for Electrified Thermal Solutions across Europe, focusing on building customer relationships and driving commercial growth in high-temperature industrial electrification markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy across European markets, focusing on France and Germany
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team
- Engage directly with customers to establish and maintain lasting partnerships
- Create frameworks and processes to support sales activities
- Drive commercial success and growth in a start-up, high-growth environment
Requirements
- Proven track record of building a sales strategy and leading a high-performing sales team to successfully execute on it.
- Experience in directly engaging customers and creating lasting customer partnerships.
- Ability to create frameworks and mentor sales teams.
- Comfortable operating in a start-up high-growth environment.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude to drive commercial success in European markets.
- Experience leading sales efforts across Europe, with initial focus on France and Germany.
- Ability to work remotely, hybrid, or in an office environment in Amsterdam.
