The Account Executive will drive sales and revenue growth in the French industrial market for Electrified Thermal Solutions' energy storage technology, building customer relationships and articulating complex technical solutions in a high-growth startup environment.

Drive sales and revenue growth in the French industrial market
Expand the customer base across targeted industrial segments
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers
Articulate complex technical solutions to diverse customers
Exceed sales targets and contribute to commercial success
Requirements
A track record of exceeding sales targets in a relevant industry or market.
Experience selling equipment and/or project development experience for energy savings contracts or energy performance contracts to industrial segments is preferred.
Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to a diverse customer set.
Comfortable operating in a start-up high growth environment.
Ability to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base in the French market.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to develop lasting customer relationships.
Self-motivated and highly motivated to achieve sales goals.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present technical solutions clearly and persuasively.
Ability to work remotely and independently, reporting to the Head of Sales.
