The Account Executive will drive sales and revenue growth in the German industrial market for Electrified Thermal Solutions' energy storage technology, building customer relationships and articulating complex technical solutions in a high-growth startup environment.

Drive sales and revenue growth in the German industrial market
Expand the customer base across targeted industrial segments
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers
Articulate complex technical solutions to diverse customers
Exceed sales targets and contribute to commercial success
Requirements
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a relevant market or industry
Experience selling equipment and/or project development experience for energy savings contracts or energy performance contracts to industrial segments
Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to a diverse customer set
Experience driving revenue growth and expanding customer base in a sales role
Comfortable operating in a start-up high growth environment
Ability to build strong, lasting relationships across targeted industrial segments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work remotely and independently
Fluent in German and able to operate effectively in the German market
Demonstrated ability to operate in a flexible, positive attitude environment and do what it takes to drive commercial success
