Job Description
The Head of Sales for Electrified Thermal Solutions is responsible for leading and executing sales strategies across Europe, building customer partnerships, and driving commercial growth in a high-growth startup environment focused on electrifying industrial high-temperature heat processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy across European markets, focusing on France and Germany
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team
- Engage directly with customers to establish and maintain lasting partnerships
- Create frameworks and processes to support sales activities and team performance
- Drive commercial success by operating effectively in a high-growth, start-up environment
Requirements
- A track record of building a sales strategy and leading a high-performing sales team to successfully execute on it.
- Experience creating frameworks and mentoring sales teams.
- Experience directly engaging with customers and creating lasting customer partnerships.
- Comfort operating in a start-up high-growth environment.
- Ability to lead sales efforts across Europe with an initial focus on France and Germany.
- Willingness to work remotely, hybrid, or in an office environment in Amsterdam.
- Strong motivation and experience in sales leadership roles.
