The Account Executive will drive sales and revenue growth in the German industrial market for Electrified Thermal Solutions' innovative energy storage technology, building customer relationships and articulating complex technical solutions in a high-growth startup environment.

Drive sales and revenue growth in the German industrial market
Expand the customer base within targeted industrial segments
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers
Articulate complex technical solutions to diverse clients
Exceed sales targets and contribute to commercial success
Requirements
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a relevant market or industry.
Experience selling equipment and/or project development experience for energy savings contracts or energy performance contracts to industrial segments.
Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to a diverse customer set.
Experience driving revenue growth and expanding customer base within the German market.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to develop lasting relationships across targeted industrial segments.
Comfortable operating in a start-up high growth environment with a flexible, positive attitude.
Ability to work remotely and independently, reporting to the Head of Sales.
