- The candidate must possess leadership skills suitable for a partnership role, including contributing to the firm's long-term strategic direction.
- The candidate must have the ability to deliver excellence in client service and drive revenue growth, operational effectiveness, and cross-firm collaboration.
- The candidate must be able to act as a steward of the Aprio brand, maintaining high standards of client service and firm reputation.
