Job Description
A strategic and results-driven Technical Recruiter responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent in a SaaS environment, partnering with hiring managers and executives to support the company's growth across R&D and other roles, all within a remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers, interviewing teams, and executives to own end-to-end technical recruitment processes.
- Maintain strong, evergreen pipelines of top technical talent.
- Support non-technical roles when needed.
- Move quickly in a builder mode to deliver high-quality candidates in a SaaS environment.
- Shape the growth of DroneDeploy by recruiting top talent efficiently.
Requirements
- Must be a Technical Recruiter who thrives in a SaaS environment and delivers results.
- Must have experience partnering directly with hiring managers, interviewing teams, and executives.
- Must have experience owning searches end-to-end across R D (Research and Development).
- Must be capable of supporting non-technical roles when needed.
- Must be a driven, strategic, and resourceful recruiter who moves fast without sacrificing quality.
- Must know how to maintain strong, evergreen pipelines of top talent.
- Must be able to work remotely from home and reside within the United States.
- Must be able to support a fast-paced hiring environment and bring top talent quickly.
- Must have the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Must be able to support hiring across multiple roles, including technical and non-technical positions.
- Must be willing to work in a remote-first culture and adapt to flexible work arrangements.
