Job Description
A leadership role responsible for managing and scaling DroneDeploy's sales development team to generate high-quality sales pipelines, drive strategic planning, and collaborate cross-functionally to support growth and revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Sales Development Representative (SDR) organization to generate high-quality pipeline.
- Develop and execute strategies for pipeline generation across the sales funnel.
- Oversee the performance and operational excellence of the SDR team.
- Coach and manage SDR team members at the individual level.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Demand Generation, RevOps, and Enablement teams.
- Drive the day-to-day activities and high-level planning to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Experience in leading and scaling a disciplined, high-performance Sales Development Representative (SDR) function.
- Proven ability to develop, perform, and ensure operational excellence of a Sales Development organization.
- Ability to drive strategy and day-to-day execution to generate consistent, high-quality pipeline across the funnel.
- Experience in preparing and developing the next generation of high-impact Account Executives (AEs).
- Hands-on leadership skills with the ability to move seamlessly between high-level planning and rep-level coaching.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Demand Generation, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Enablement teams.
- Availability to work within core hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, based on the local time zone, with necessary flexibility.
- Willingness to travel up to 15 days domestically for internal company events, training sessions, and cross-functional team meetings.
