Job Description
The Senior Manager of Sales Development is responsible for leading and scaling the sales development team to generate high-quality sales pipelines, driving strategy and operational excellence to support the company's growth in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the sales development representative (SDR) organization to generate high-quality sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute strategies for pipeline generation and operational excellence within the SDR team.
- Coach and manage SDR team members to improve performance and prepare them for advancement to account executive roles.
Requirements
- Experience in leading and scaling a disciplined, high-performance Sales Development Representative (SDR) function.
- Proven ability to develop, execute, and optimize strategies to generate consistent, high-quality pipeline across the funnel.
- Hands-on leadership skills with the ability to move seamlessly between high-level planning and rep-level coaching.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Demand Generation, RevOps, and Enablement teams.
- Ability to own the development, performance, and operational excellence of the SDR organization.
- Availability to work within core hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, based on the local time zone, with necessary flexibility.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 15 days domestically for internal company events, training sessions, and cross-functional team meetings.
