The Customer Success Manager for AEC at DroneDeploy is responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of mid-market accounts, focusing on onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction in the reality capture platform space.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume portfolio of mid-market AEC accounts, serving as the primary relationship lead.
Oversee onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion of customer accounts.
Drive revenue growth by promoting platform use and aligning solutions with customer outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Services, Product Support, and Product Management teams to support customer success.
Requirements
Experience owning a high volume portfolio of 70 mid market AEC accounts, with responsibility for onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
Ability to grow total revenue across the portfolio by 20 percent per year through driving use of DroneDeploy’s reality capture platform and aligning it to customer outcomes.
Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships in a customer success or account management role.
Strong collaboration skills to work closely with Sales, Solutions, Services, Product Support, and Product Management teams.
Excellent communication skills to serve as the primary relationship lead and effectively manage customer onboarding and ongoing engagement.
Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry or related fields is preferred.
Ability to work remotely and manage a high-volume workload independently.
Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate technical solutions related to robotics, AI, and reality capture platforms is preferred.
