Job Description
The Customer Success Manager for AEC at DroneDeploy is responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of mid-market accounts, focusing on onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction in the reality capture platform space.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume portfolio of mid-market AEC accounts, serving as the primary relationship lead.
- Oversee onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion of customer accounts.
- Drive revenue growth by promoting platform use and aligning solutions with customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Services, Product Support, and Product Management teams to support customer success.
Requirements
- Experience owning a high volume portfolio of 70 mid market AEC accounts, with responsibility for onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
- Ability to grow total revenue across the portfolio by 20 percent per year through driving use of DroneDeploy’s reality capture platform and aligning it to customer outcomes.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships in a customer success or account management role.
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with Sales, Solutions, Services, Product Support, and Product Management teams.
- Excellent communication skills to serve as the primary relationship lead and effectively manage customer onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work remotely and manage a high-volume workload independently.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate technical solutions related to robotics, AI, and reality capture platforms is preferred.
- Commitment to following information security policies and procedures to protect company and customer data.
