Job Description
The Showroom Manager at VRAI is responsible for leading the in-person customer experience, building strong client relationships, and managing a team of Diamond Experts to promote sustainably created diamonds and grow the brand's presence in physical showrooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor in the customer journey to enhance the in-person shopping experience
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Lead and coach a team of Diamond Experts
- Drive sales through selling and creating memorable experiences for customers
Requirements
- Must have experience in managing a showroom or retail environment, with the ability to lead and coach a team of Diamond Experts.
- Must be a trusted advisor in the customer journey and capable of creating a memorable in-person shopping experience.
- Must have strong sales skills and a passion for selling diamonds, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Must be enthusiastic about diamonds that are created sustainably and be reasonably tech-savvy.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-growing, digital-first direct-to-consumer brand environment.
- Must be willing to work onsite at the designated VRAI facility for all scheduled work hours, with the physical ability to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 25 pounds.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales role (implied by the need for seasoned management and coaching experience).
- Must have the physical ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including repetitive motions and physical activities listed above.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., with the employer participating in E-Verify and providing Form I-9 verification.
