Job Description
The Showroom Manager at VRAI is responsible for leading the in-person customer experience, building strong client relationships, and managing a team of Diamond Experts to promote sustainably created diamonds and grow the brand's retail presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor in the customer journey and enhance the in-person shopping experience
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Lead and coach a team of Diamond Experts
- Drive sales of sustainably created diamonds and jewelry
- Create memorable experiences for customers during special milestones
Requirements
- Must have experience in managing a showroom or retail environment, with the ability to lead and coach a team of Diamond Experts.
- Must be a trusted advisor in the customer journey and have experience in growing in-person shopping experiences.
- Must have a strong passion for selling, creating memorable customer experiences, and building customer relationships.
- Must have a genuine interest in diamonds, specifically those created sustainably.
- Must be reasonably tech-savvy and comfortable using technology in a retail setting.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, nimble team environment and contribute to growing the VRAI brand.
- Must be physically present at a designated VRAI facility for all scheduled work hours, with the ability to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 25 pounds.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (implied by the need for retail management experience, though not explicitly stated).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S., with employment verification through E-Verify and completion of Form I-9.
