Job Description
A leadership role responsible for managing showroom operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, and supporting team development, with opportunities for growth into a managerial position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily showroom operations in the absence of the showroom manager
- Lead and develop new team members through onboarding and coaching
- Drive sales and achieve showroom goals
- Act as a Guest Experience Manager to ensure a first-in-class guest experience
- Empower and motivate the team in real-time to deliver excellent service
Requirements
- Experience in a leadership role within a showroom or retail environment, with the ability to run the showroom in the absence of the showroom manager
- Ability to oversee daily operations and provide leadership in onboarding and developing new team members
- Passion for selling and an ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Potential to grow into a Showroom Manager role, with some experience suited for that position preferred
