Job Description
A hands-on and creative Performance Marketing Manager responsible for executing, optimizing, and testing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google and social media, collaborating with creative and analytics teams to drive performance in a fast-paced, visual-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid media campaign execution across Google and Programmatic Paid Social platforms.
- Optimize and test campaigns to improve performance across multiple advertising platforms.
- Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to develop and refine advertising strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in leading paid media execution across platforms such as Google and Programmatic Paid Social.
- Ability to drive campaign execution, optimization, and testing across multiple platforms.
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with design, content, and analytics teams.
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically in turning creative experiments into performance wins.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, visual-first environment.
- Physical presence at a designated VRAI facility for all scheduled work hours, including the ability to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 25 pounds.
