Job Description
A sales professional responsible for advising customers and selling sustainably created diamonds in a showroom environment, providing an exceptional customer experience and supporting the growth of the VRAI brand in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise customers throughout the full purchase journey to enhance engagement and sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to create memorable experiences.
- Sell sustainably created diamonds and educate customers about product values.
- Contribute to growing the brand presence and sales in the Madrid location.
Requirements
- Must be a trusted advisor along the full customer journey and play an integral part in growing the engagement business and delivering an unparalleled customer experience.
- Must thrive on building strong customer relationships and creating a memorable experience for life's special milestones.
- Must have a passion for selling diamonds that are created sustainably.
- Must be willing to join a nimble team to help grow the VRAI brand.
- Must be physically present at a designated VRAI facility for all scheduled work hours, as the role requires physical presence at the showroom or specified onsite location.
- Must be able to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 25 pounds.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S., with employer participation in E-Verify and completion of Form I-9, and be able to resolve any authorization issues if E-Verify cannot confirm work authorization.
