Job Description
A sales professional responsible for advising customers and growing VRAI's bridal jewelry business by selling sustainably created diamonds, building strong customer relationships, and providing memorable experiences in a fast-growing digital-first brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise customers throughout the sales process to enhance their experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support sales growth.
- Sell diamond jewelry, emphasizing sustainably created diamonds.
- Contribute to the growth of the bridal jewelry segment at VRAI.
Requirements
- Must have experience in selling diamonds and be passionate about sustainable diamond jewelry.
- Must be able to serve as a trusted advisor in the customer journey and play an integral role in growing the bridal jewelry business at VRAI.
- Must have strong skills in building customer relationships and creating memorable experiences for customers' special milestones.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, digital-first retail environment and be excited to help grow the VRAI brand.
- Must be willing to join a nimble team and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Must be able to work in locations where the company operates, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, NY, Shanghai, Chicago, London, Madrid, and Copenhagen, or be willing to relocate or work remotely as required.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and be able to pass E-Verify employment verification process.
- Must be able to complete and sign the Form I-9 employment eligibility verification process.
- Must be able to provide proof of work authorization if E-Verify cannot confirm employment eligibility.
- Must be able to work in accordance with the company's employment policies and participate in benefit programs, including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and other benefits, starting from the first day of employment.
