Job Description

A Product Manager in the Capture Engineering team responsible for developing and overseeing integrated software systems that operate, monitor, and optimize direct air capture facilities, supporting automation, data management, and carbon certification processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of integrated software products for facility operations, technology partners, and certification workflows.
Build software to operate and monitor real-time hardware systems.
Collect, curate, and analyze facility data to support automation and control.
Support accurate and auditable carbon certification processes.
Bridge R&D, simulations, and pilot-scale learnings with production systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to evolve the software stack alongside physical technologies.

Requirements

Deep understanding of both hardware and software systems to lead the development of integrated software products.
Experience working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to build software that operates and monitors real-time hardware systems.
Ability to develop software that collects and curates facility data.
Experience in building automation and control systems across facility and R&D operations.
Knowledge of supporting accurate, auditable carbon certification processes through software.
Experience in bridging R&D, simulations, and pilot-scale learnings with production systems.
Ownership and impact on the evolution of the software stack alongside physical technologies.
Passion for building robust systems and solving complex engineering challenges.
