Job Description

A Product Manager in the Capture Engineering team responsible for leading the development of integrated software systems that operate and monitor hardware, facilitate data collection, automation, and support carbon certification processes for direct air capture facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of integrated software products for facility operations, technology partners, and certification workflows
Build software to operate and monitor real-time hardware systems
Collect, curate, and analyze facility data
Develop automation and control systems across facility and R&D operations
Support accurate and auditable carbon certification processes
Bridge R&D, simulations, and pilot-scale learnings with production systems
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to evolve the software stack alongside physical technologies

Requirements

Deep understanding of both hardware and software systems to lead the development of integrated software products.
Experience working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to build software that operates and monitors real-time hardware systems.
Ability to develop software that collects and curates facility data.
Experience in building automation and control software across facility and R&D operations.
Knowledge of supporting accurate, auditable carbon certification workflows through software solutions.
Experience in bridging R&D, simulations, and pilot-scale learnings with production systems through software development.
Significant ownership and impact on the evolution of the software stack alongside physical technologies.
Passion for building robust systems and solving complex engineering challenges.
