Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities within the Automotive industry to secure new customers.
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing six-figure deals.
Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across multiple business lines.
Develop tailored solutions by understanding customer needs and demonstrating how Celonis can address their challenges.
Present use-case-specific pitches and demos to showcase the value of Celonis solutions.
Collaborate with partners such as consulting firms and SaaS providers to enhance value propositions.
Leverage team support from business development, pre-sales, customer success, marketing, and partner teams to drive sales success.
Requirements
Proven SaaS Sales Experience: A strong track record of success in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on securing new business and consistently achieving revenue targets.
Expertise in Complex Sales: Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large enterprise accounts.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise business applications such as Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), with the ability to engage with C-level executives such as CFO, COO, CSCO, and CPO at Automotive and OEM suppliers.
Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business processes and key performance indicators across Life Sciences process domains.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to deliver compelling presentations and storytelling to confidently influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Ability to Identify and Develop New Opportunities: Experience in targeting enterprise accounts within a defined territory to secure new logos and land net-new Automotive customers in the Fortune 2000.
Sales Cycle Management Skills: Ability to manage the entire sales process from prospecting and qualification to closing six-figure deals.
Relationship Building Skills: Ability to build relationships across multiple lines of business, engaging with C-level executives, operational leaders, and key decision-makers.
Solution Development Skills: Ability to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and demonstrate how Celonis solutions can solve strategic and operational challenges.
Presentation and Demonstration Skills: Ability to showcase use-case-specific pitches and demos, independently or with Value Engineers, to highlight the measurable impact of Celonis solutions.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with partners such as Big 4 consulting firms, SaaS providers, and industry partners to enhance value propositions.
Team Collaboration Skills: Ability to partner with virtual teams including business development representatives, pre-sales, customer success, marketing managers, and partner managers to drive success.
