Job Description

The role involves driving new business sales within the Automotive industry by managing the entire sales cycle, building relationships with key stakeholders, and demonstrating how Celonis' Process Intelligence platform can solve enterprise operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities within the Automotive industry to secure new customers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing six-figure deals.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across multiple business lines.
  • Develop tailored solutions by understanding customer needs and demonstrating how Celonis can address their challenges.
  • Present use-case-specific pitches and demos to showcase the value of Celonis solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners such as consulting firms and SaaS providers to enhance value propositions.
  • Leverage team support from business development, pre-sales, customer success, marketing, and partner teams to drive sales success.

Requirements

  • Proven SaaS Sales Experience: A strong track record of success in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on securing new business and consistently achieving revenue targets.
  • Expertise in Complex Sales: Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within large enterprise accounts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise business applications such as Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), with the ability to engage with C-level executives (e.g., CFO, COO, CSCO, CPO) at Automotive and OEM suppliers.
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business processes and key performance indicators across Life Sciences process domains.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities to confidently influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A team-oriented approach, leveraging internal and external resources to achieve shared goals.
