Job Description
A Product Manager in the Capture Engineering team responsible for leading the development of integrated software systems that operate, monitor, and automate hardware and facility operations related to direct air capture technology, supporting data management, certification, and bridging research with production systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated software products for facility operations, technology partners, and certification workflows.
- Build software to operate and monitor real-time hardware systems.
- Collect, curate, and analyze facility data to support automation and control.
- Support accurate and auditable carbon certification processes.
- Bridge R&D, simulations, and pilot-scale learnings with production systems.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of both hardware and software systems to lead the development of integrated software products.
- Experience in building software that operates and monitors real-time hardware systems.
- Experience in collecting and curating facility data.
- Ability to develop software that powers automation and control across facility and R D operations.
- Experience supporting accurate, auditable carbon certification workflows.
- Ability to bridge R D, simulations, and pilot-scale learnings with production systems.
- Ownership and impact on the evolution of the software stack alongside physical technologies.
- Passion for building robust systems and solving complex engineering challenges.
