The Development Business Administrator at Cypress Creek Renewables supports renewable energy project development teams by managing documentation, financial transactions, vendor relationships, and project data to ensure smooth project execution and coordination across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain internal communication between Development, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Digital, and Vendors
Onboard vendors and manage vendor relationships
Create and manage purchase orders, payments, and invoices
Maintain projections of upcoming payments for project budgets and cash forecasts
Execute time-sensitive payments to landowners, utilities, government institutions, and nonprofits
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, finance, systems, vendors, and third-party consultants
Update and manage development and construction data across systems and platforms
Upload and organize files in SharePoint following document management policies
Input site control agreement information into Sitetracker
Support external Data Room creation and organization of project files
Track project deliverables such as project memos, schedules, and budgets to ensure compliance with stage gating requirements
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience in previous Administrator roles, especially supporting a large, distributed team.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Microsoft Excel.
Strong work ethic and ability to self-start in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills.
Results-driven and solutions-oriented mindset.
Confidence to take initiative to figure things out, but also to ask questions when needed.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work with little supervision and to seek help when needed.
Demonstrated team-first mentality and willingness to do whatever it takes.

Location in New York City, NY, with the ability to work on a hybrid schedule of three days in-office per week.
