The Staff Supplier Integration Manager - Capital Projects leads complex procurement and supplier integration initiatives within the supply chain team, managing stakeholder relationships and influencing project outcomes for fusion energy projects at Commonwealth Fusion Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of complex procurement initiatives for ARC1 and future projects.
Manage supplier integration activities to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
Coordinate with stakeholders at all levels to influence project direction without direct authority.
Requirements
Experience in leading the execution of complex procurement and supplier integration initiatives within a supply chain or related environment.
Ability to manage long-term assignments with loosely defined outcomes.
Proven expertise in managing stakeholders at all levels and influencing direction across groups without direct authority over them.
Demonstrated experience in supply chain management, procurement, or supplier integration roles.
Strong project management skills to lead complex initiatives over extended periods.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across diverse groups.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments driven by values of integrity, execution, impact, and self-critique.
Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information (Export Control Laws).
Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment (as indicated by LI-Hybrid).
