Job Description
The Staff Supplier Integration Manager - Capital Projects leads complex procurement and supplier integration initiatives within the supply chain team for fusion energy projects, managing stakeholder relationships and influencing cross-group collaboration to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of complex procurement initiatives for ARC1 and beyond
- Manage supplier integration activities within capital projects
- Coordinate and influence stakeholders across multiple groups without direct authority
Requirements
- Experience leading the execution of complex procurement and supplier integration initiatives within a supply chain environment.
- Ability to manage long-term assignments with loosely defined outcomes.
- Proven expertise in managing stakeholders at all levels and influencing direction across groups without direct authority over them.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier integration strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
- Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information (Export Control Laws) is required, and any employment offer will be contingent upon such compliance.
