Job Description
A Treasury Analyst at Clearway Energy will support treasury operations by managing credit agreement compliance, payment processing, and financial reporting, while collaborating with various departments to optimize processes and support the development of renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review credit agreements and ensure compliance with financing terms
- Administer payment submissions, including dividends and debt service payments
- Reconcile debt payments between bank invoices and internal systems
- Maintain debt and cash information within treasury management systems
- Interact with lenders and internal departments to provide and obtain financial information
- Prepare internal and third-party financial reports
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
- Support the transition to new enterprise resource planning and treasury management systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-3 or more years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Treasury Operations, or Capital Markets.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, especially advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in SAP accounting systems and Treasury Management Workstations.
- Ability to work on a variety of disparate tasks, demanding differing skill sets.
- Process improvement-oriented mindset with a drive to innovate.
- Knowledge and experience in accounting and treasury systems.
- Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
