Job Description
The Customer Operations Intern will support customer management processes, analyze performance metrics, collaborate on process improvements, and present project results, gaining hands-on experience in renewable energy operations within a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform sensitivity analysis on key performance metrics to identify trends, issues, or opportunities for improvement throughout the customer lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal sales and digital product teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement customer-related initiatives
- Manage an individual project and present results to leadership at the end of the internship
Requirements
- Be a first-year student in a graduate program in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Possess advanced Excel skills, including modeling and data manipulation.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment that emphasizes attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and working together to achieve company-wide objectives.
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and an interest in renewable energy.
- Have strong interpersonal skills, including the willingness to ask questions, listen to colleagues, and contribute ideas.
- Be self-motivated, dependable, and accountable, showing up, being present, and eager to dive into the workday.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and take ownership of projects and assignments.
- Be willing to ask questions and speak up when tasks are completed and additional work is available.

Salary range of $24,000 to $28,000 USD
