Job Description
A strategic and organized Operations Program Analyst responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing operational programs and projects to improve efficiency, collaboration, and business success across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee operations programs aligned with business goals
- Create and maintain standardized documentation and processes for operational efficiency
- Develop and conduct training sessions for program stakeholders and team standardization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless program execution
- Monitor program performance, prepare reports, and present findings to leadership
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes for performance and cost efficiency
- Lead and document change initiatives within operational programs
- Identify potential challenges and proactively solve problems to ensure smooth operations
- Manage resources effectively to ensure timely, within-budget program execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in program project management or operations management roles.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful programs or projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools, e.g., Microsoft suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Benefits & Perks
Salary Range: $92,000 - $110,000 USD
Eligible to earn an annual cash bonus based on personal and company performance
Hybrid work schedule with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Thursdays
