Job Description
The Senior Business Reporting Analyst of Credit and Energy Risk supports risk management activities within the energy trading middle office by developing automated reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools to monitor risk metrics, exposures, and operational performance, enabling informed decision-making for senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support middle office processes through data automation.
- Manage, analyze, and transform large data sets from various sources into reports and visualizations.
- Create and maintain dashboards displaying risk exposures, credit positions, and operational metrics.
- Report risk metrics, credit exposures, and operational issues to senior management and risk committees.
- Collaborate with front and back office teams to ensure accurate risk reporting and analysis.
- Utilize risk management systems and AI tools to evaluate scenarios, improve workflows, and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, economics, finance, business, or related discipline.
- 2-4 years of middle office operational experience with credit and or market risk knowledge in an energy trading or commodity environment.
- Detail and process-oriented mindset with the ability to lead initiatives.
- Communication skills ability to relay complex issues in a digestible, executive-level format.
- Willingness to take on a task or project proactively.

Salary range of $100,000 to $113,000 USD
Eligible to earn an annual cash bonus based on personal and company performance
