Job Description
The Senior Analyst, Investor Relations at Clearway Energy Group is responsible for supporting the development and execution of investor relations strategies, including market research, investor communications, relationship management, data and website updates, and coordinating investor events to foster strong relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market conditions.
- Assist in preparing investor presentations, press releases, and meeting materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
- Manage and update investor interaction data and the public IR website.
- Coordinate and support investor events such as earnings calls and roadshows.
- Evaluate IR service providers and identify new vendors to enhance the IR program.
- Analyze potential investor targets and provide insights on top holders' activity.
- Lead engagement strategies with retail investors and familiarize with ESG evaluation processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in investor relations, finance, power sector, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- In-depth understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and economic principles.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including senior executives, investors, and analysts.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work output.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the success of the investor relations strategy.
- Willingness to travel up to 5-10% of the time for investor meetings.
