Job Description

The Legal Operations Administrator manages the operational and administrative functions supporting the Legal department, ensuring efficient workflows, tracking deadlines, coordinating activities, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage legal workflows, deadlines, and administrative processes to ensure efficiency and reliability
  • Coordinate legal administrative activities, including vendor onboarding and document management
  • Track and follow up on departmental tasks and deadlines
  • Maintain calendaring for legal department activities
  • Serve as a central point of contact for legal administrative support
  • Interact with internal stakeholders and external vendors or service providers

Requirements

  • Candidates must be insurable under CleanSpark's vehicle insurance policy, as the role may involve operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites.
  • Proven ability to manage operational and administrative infrastructure that supports a legal department, ensuring legal workflows, deadlines, and coordination-heavy processes move forward efficiently and reliably.
  • Experience serving as a central point of coordination for legal administrative activities, including vendor onboarding, document management, calendaring, and departmental task tracking.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with regular interaction with internal stakeholders across the company and external vendors and service providers.
  • Strong execution, tracking, and follow-through skills to ensure legal processes are completed accurately and on time.
