A Customer Care Consultant responsible for providing telephonic customer and patient support, delivering exceptional service, and educating clients within the cannabis industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer and patient service via telephone
- Assist patrons and patients by addressing their inquiries and needs
- Educate clients about products and services within industry regulations
- Conduct daily customer phone support while adhering to company policies
Requirements
